Huups! Embroidery
How to purchase embroidery files on Huups!
You most likely know by now Jeanette's embroidery designs from the KlickundBlick-Gallery or one of
the German blogs. A few month ago, Jeanette set up her own online shop to sell her
beautiful designs. And since the translation of the shop is still in the works,
I try to explain the order steps here to make it easier for you to purchase
without the waiting time or difficulties you otherwise would have.
At first I want to explain how to find the design you are - maybe - searching
for. In the left side bar, Jeanette has sorted the design sets by themes.

To see the details of the design you are interested in, click on "
Detailansicht"
(details), then click on the red sentence below the price. Now a pop-up window
opens up that shows each single design as well as design examples. (This window
may be closed again later since it is not neccessary for the order process.)
If you want to buy the design, go back to the item page and click on "
OK".
To shop more, click on "Einkauf fortsetzen" (continue
shopping). Or are you finished shopping? Then click on "Zur Bestellung"
(to your order) which leads you to your cart. Please check your order now. If
you want to delete an item, click on the red X. When everything is all right,
click on "Zur Bestellung". Now the shop system asks about
your personal informations.

Click on "
weiter" (continue)
The next page asks you if you want to open a customer account. Check mark the
respective answer:
Ja, ich möchte ein Kundenkonto eröffnen, sende mir meine Zugangsdaten per
mail zu. - Yes, I want to open a customer account, please send me my
access data by e-mail.
Nein, ich möchte kein Kundenkonto eröffnen. -
No, I don't want to open a customer account.
Click on "
weiter" (continue).
Choose the payment method (PayPal or Euro bank transfer). Click on "
weiter"
(continue). To complete your order, check mark the red "AGB"
(terms and conditions) and click on "Bestellung absenden"
(send order). Now the shop system
is going to send you an order confirmation to your stated e-mail address.
If
you have chosen PayPal, the next page is listing your personal informations as
well as the invoice total. In
order to be lead to PayPal, click on “Daten übermitteln” (transfer information
to paypal). If PayPal should not automatically lead you back to Huups after
completion of payment, click on the respective link. Otherwise your order AND
payment will not get through. The download
link(s) for your purchased design(s) will be sent to you by e-mail once the
payment is complete.
Please note, if you want to pay by euro bank transfer, Jeanette will send you
the download link(s) for your purchased design(s) after receipt of payment
which most likely takes a few days.
The zip-file you receive contains the following formats: .pes, .xxx, .jef, .jef+,
.exp, .vip, .dst, .hus and .ART. You only need to unzip or extract the zip-file
and choose the file of your machine format.
